Current Affairs Society Current Affairs generally involves year 13 and year 14 pupils. They participate in the Youth Parliament and other political initiatives including visits to Stormont, debates, films and information events.
Junior Science Club The Junior Science club is taken by Mrs McVeigh on a Thursday afternoon, from 3.20 – 4.20. It is open for year 8 – 10 pupils. There are currently 30 members. They carry out dissections, practical investigations, greenhouse activities and enter competitions. This term (January- May 2011) the club is entering two competitions. The first is run by the Microbiology in School Advisory Committee, on helpful and harmful fungi. The second is from the British Science Association, on solving problems. The club also goes on outings. In June 2011 a group from the science club is going to Queens to enter the Salter festival of chemistry competition.
French Club The French Club runs at lunchtimes and is taken by the French assistant.

Junior Book Club The Junior Book Club meets once a week in the Library to discuss new books and share views and opinions.
